🔹 Booking Policy
1. Reservation Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after receiving advance payment (minimum 50% of the total booking amount).
Balance payment must be settled at the property during check-in.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time: 12:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
3. Guest Details
Valid government ID proof is mandatory at the time of check-in.
Number of guests (adults & children) must be accurately declared during booking. Any discrepancy may lead to cancellation or extra charges.
4. Group Bookings
For group reservations (3 rooms or more), 100% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

🔹 Cancellation Policy
1. Free Cancellation
Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund of advance payment.
2. Partial Refund
Cancellations made between 3–6 days before check-in: 50% of advance payment will be refunded.
3. No Refund
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or no-show on the arrival date, will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Early Check-out
If guests choose to shorten their stay after check-in, unused nights will not be refunded.
🔹 Rescheduling Policy
Guests may reschedule once (subject to room availability) if requested at least 5 days prior to check-in.
Tariff differences (if any) will apply.
🔹 Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, The Silver Tip Farmstay reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings. Full or partial refunds will be processed at the management’s discretion.
